GENERAL INFORMATION

The Consular Services is receiving documentations related to new passport applications. Every application is assessed thoroughly before this is forwarded to the office of the Director of the Passports Office in Vanuatu.

Counter Service Schedules:

• 09:30AM – 12:00PM – Submission of passport applications and requests
• 2:00PM – 4:00PM – Collection of travel documentation and passport related documents

Processing Time:

Upon receipt of payment, the application will take 20 working days before travel document is granted by the Vanuatu Consulate General Office.
